Lose weight without a diet – How to?

It’s not always easy to loose weight without actually going on a diet. Here are a few points that might help you loosing your weight without endangering your body in any way.
1.Stop eating as soon as you feel fed up   As soon as your body tells you that “it” is no longer hungry, you should stop eating. “It” knows what’s good for you.
2.Instead of ice cream or chocolate, eat fruits   There are many fruits that taste exactly as well as chocolate. Or try adding those fruits into your musli or joghurt!
3.Use your feet or take the bike   Instead of driving to work or school by car, especially when it’s just 2-3 miles away, use the bike if possible. Try to find ways with a sidewalk or a non-busy road.
Attempt to focus on these points next time you eat or take the car and it won’t take long until you loose the first pound!
